Online Purchase and Payment Policy

By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

All prices quoted are in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in the case of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

Payment for products and services may be made using one of the following methods:

Bank Transfer:
Details will be provided upon request. Orders or services will be processed once the payment is received and confirmed.
Credit Card via Secure Online Link:
A secure payment link will be sent directly to the customer for online credit card payment. This option is available only for orders and services up to a maximum of $5,000. Payment is considered final once processed unless a cancellation is approved under the terms below.

By completing a payment through either method, you agree to the total charges specified in your invoice or order confirmation.

We understand that circumstances may change. Our cancellation and refund terms are as follows:

For services:
You may cancel a service request within 14 days of the transaction date, provided the service has not yet been rendered. Once the service has been provided, cancellations or refunds may not be possible.
For physical products that have not yet shipped:
You may cancel your order within 14 days of the transaction date, provided the product has not yet been shipped.
For physical products that have already shipped:
You may still cancel your order within 14 days of the transaction date, as long as:
- You notify us of the cancellation within this 14-day period.
- The item is returned to us unopened and in its original condition, within 7 days of delivery.
- The return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
